Walnut Mutton Kheema Cutlet

 Ingredients                                Qty 

Mutton kheema                      200 grams 
Walnut                                        1 cup 
Salt                                             ½ tsp 
Chili powder                             1 tsp 
Green chilli                                 2
Garlic                                       4 cloves 
Chaat masala                           1 tsp 
Coriander powder                  1 tsp 
Garam masala                         1 tsp 
Mint leaves                           a few 
Ghee/oil                                 for frying
Amchur powder                       ½ tsp 
Ginger                                         1

Method: 

•    Take a frying pan, add some oil and toast the walnut until they turn golden brown.  Now take these toasted walnuts , put them in a grinder and make a paste. Keep this aside. 
•    Now take one ginger, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 green chillies, mint leaves, salt, mutton kheema, chaat masala powder, amchur powder, garam masala powder, and grind all of these ingredients into a fine paste. 
•    In the mutton kheema mixture add the grinded walnut paste, make round shaped patties. Keep it aside. 
•    Heat some ghee/oil in a frying pan, shallow fry these kebab patties until they turn golden brown. 
•    Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
