Tori Teriyaki is a tasty Asian dish made with tender boneless chicken and Teriyaki sauce. Chef de Cuisine Mukesh Sharma from Westin Hyderabad Mindspace has shared this recipe.
Boneless chicken leg (nugget-sized)
- Mix the soy sauce, mirin and sake, sesame oil, sugar, and garlic in a bowl. Place the chicken in a bowl and marinate properly. Cover and place in refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
- To a hot grill, apply little oil. Place the chicken, and cook on both sides. Once chicken gets tender, apply remaining teriyaki sauce as glaze.
- Finish with Japanese shichmi tograshi powder and serve hot.
