Protein Hair Pack: Protein hair pack with fenugreek seeds, coconut oil, milk and yogurt is an essential hair mask for a shiny, lustrous hair. When it comes to milk, the Whey present in it prevents hair loss, while the casein improves hair follicles. The lactic acid in yogurt is good for cleansing the scalp.

To make this pack: Soak four tablespoons of fenugreek seeds in half a cup of hot milk for about one hour. Grind the soaked fenugreek seeds along with two tablespoons of yogurt and three tablespoons of organic coconut oil. Rinse your hair with warm water and then apply the pack. Leave it on for about 30 minutes before washing with cold water.

Neem, Tulsi and Turmeric face pack: Due to the presence of antibacterial properties, both Neem and Tulsi aid in clearing out acne and any unwanted blemishes on your skin. It is also very beneficial for reducing scarring caused by acne. Turmeric is another excellent ingredient to reduce scars and it is known to heal any kind of wound on the skin's surface.

To make this pack: Take about four to five tulsi and neem leaves, grind them well and make a paste out of it. Now to this a few drops of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of turmeric and mix well. Next step, wash your face with warm water and apply this mask. let it dry and wash off with lukewarm water.

Carrot Juice and Oats: Carrot juice contains Vitamin A, which fights against free radicals and prevents the signs of ageing. On the other hand, oats contain saponins, which act as a natural cleanser and removes oil and dirt from the pores. Due to its antioxidant properties, oats help reverse the damage caused by UV rays on your skin.

To make this pack: Take about two teaspoons of powered oats and to this add three tablespoons of carrot juice. Mix both the ingredients until you get a thick paste. Now apply this paste on your face and leave it on for about 30 minutes. After it completely dries, wash your face with luke warm water.
