Summer has just arrived! The scorching heat will definitely take a toll on your health. During the summer months, One of the major health issues that most people get affected is dehydration. Dehydration is a loss of total body water with an accompanying disruption of metabolic processes. This health issue occurs due to various factors such as exercise, or the rising temperatures.

3. Replace with supplement water. When you exercise in heat, you should replace water with other fluid supplements, which contain electrolytes and carbohydrates. By consuming these fluids, it prevents from hyponatremia (which is a condition in which you have low blood sodium content).
4. Make it a habit to drink Coconut water. Coconut water is extremely beneficial for your health. It is high in sodium, calcium, magnesium and potassium. During hot weather, coconut water comes handy, as it is a good substitute in replace of water. It refills the lost fluid content and electrolytes from your body.
