Top four foods for your heart

It is very essential for people with cardiac issues to consume food that is loaded with all the essential nutrients. In today’s world, we are consuming diet that is high in added sugars and Trans fat, these not only increase the accumulation of fat in our bodies but they also contribute to the rise in LDL Cholesterol, which in turn has a negative effect on your heart.

In order to prevent or overcome heart diseases, along with proper physical activity, one must follow a healthy diet.

  4. Berries: Rich in antioxidants, berries are a good source of Vitamin C and fibre. They aid in widening the arteries and enhancing its function. They also ensure smooth blood flow. Berries lower the amount of bad LDL cholesterol in your blood. Incorporate a handful of berries in your morning smoothie or in a bowl of yogurt.
