Bananas are also a rich of carbohydrates. Banana and almond butter is surely a good combination. Almond butter promotes sleep inducing hormone, melatonin and it is a rich source of healthy fats.
3. Yogurt with some berries- Another diary product that helps you to fall sleep faster is yogurt. Along with being a rich source of calcium, yogurt makes melatonin, which is a hormone associated with better sleep. Opt for plain yogurt or add some flavour with tasty berries.
