Why: This 17-year old French model and actress makes dressing for parties and red-carpet events hauter than ever. Of course, it’s incredible to be famous at that age, but to dress the part is even better. Thylane Blondeau owned the red carpet in a black, organza gown that featured a strapless neckline with a contrasting bow on the bodice. Her contemporary, layers of ruffles, billowing skirt, and an impressive train ensured she would stand out at the Sorry Angel premiere. She accessorised it with a silver chain link necklace. Thank you, Alberta Ferretti haute couture, for convincing us that a plain black dress can be anything but basic. And props to Thylane for having the verve to wear it.
Beauty Look: The fresh-faced complexion is an example of why Thylane was dubbed the ‘most beautiful girl in the world’ at just six years old. Stealing the show once again, she’s totally schooled us on how to dazzle a black ensemble: effortlessly textured strands, bright blue peepers with a smoky eye, and bare-looking lips.
