Is your child having a tough time focusing on things of late? If yes, you’re not alone. Due to the rapid advances in technology, these days youngsters find it difficult to keep their minds focused. As a result, more and more kids are being diagnosed with attention deficit disorders (ADD).This is a chronic condition that can lead to a variety of behavioral problems, such as not being able to focus on school assignments.  In addition to these issues, ADD can also lead to serious disciplinary problems.

Here are top three ways to boost your child’s attention-

•    Develop a solid routine: One of the best ways to enhance your child’s focus is by introducing a proper schedule. By establishing a strong routine, your kids will learn to finish their tasks on time. And as they grow older, it’ll help them enhance their language-memory skills, too.

•    Workout:  exercising helps in beneficial for enhancing your level of alertness. This is true for you as well as your child. Encourage your kid to exercise regularly, as even a few minutes of brisk walking will help combat the symptoms of ADD, improve their concentration, and make them more alert. Try some fun activities like swimming, dancing, yoga, biking, and running.

•    Introduce a nutritious diet: Food plays a vital role during your child’s growing years. Along with a proper workout plan, children must be introduced to foods that are loaded with all the essential nutrients. Some great foods that can help build your child’s concentration are fresh vegetables and fruits, nuts, low-fat dairy products, cereal, bread, and fatty fish. On the other hand, avoid too much consumption of candy, caffeine, soda, frozen vegetables, and fruits, cake mixes, excess sugar, and energy drinks.
