Instructions

1. Heat oil in a wok and add chopped garlic, juliennes of ginger, three coloured pepper, and scallion onion. Then add the chicken. In a sauce pan, heat the soy sauce, sugar, sake, vinegar, mirin, sesame oil, garlic, fresh ginger, and honey. Add the teriyaki sauce to the chicken and garnish it with spring onions.
