Tandoori Honey Lime shrimp

Method:

  • In a mixing bowl, add one kg shrimp, 1 ½tbsp garlic, 1 ½ tbsp ginger,1 tsp paprika, 2 tbsp Pandorapowder, 1 tbsp cumin powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 20 millilitres olive oil, 20 millilitres lemon juice, and 25 millilitres honey. Mix all of these ingredients thoroughly.
  • Marinate for about 4 hours.
  • Heat oil in a grill pan, and cook, until it turns golden brown.
  • Remove from heat.
  • In another bowl, add 55 millilitres of ghee, 45 millilitres of honey and mix well.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit, Bake for about 25 minutes.
  • Garnish with some spring onions. Serve hot.
