Stuffed Mushrooms with Blue Cheese Soufflé

Ingredients:

  • 18 mushrooms
  • ½ cup softened blue cheese
  • ¼ cup chives, chopped
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs

Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 180˚C.
  • Combine the blue cheese with chopped chives and stir in the breadcrumbs.
  • Fill the mushrooms with cheese mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 5 minutes.
