Spinach Soup

Ingredients
Spinach 
Oil   
Onion   
Chopped garlic
Black Pepper powder
Water  
Milk 
Salt

Method:

  • First take a frying pan and add 1 tbsp oil, then add 6-7 cloves of chopped garlic, and 1 finely chopped onion. Add some black pepper powder. Now stir all the ingredients well.
  • As the onions starts to turn brown, add chopped spinach and salt. Mix well. Let it cook for about 2 minutes. To this, pour 4 cups of water. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  • Allow the spinach mixture to cool down, then put it into a blender and blend it until it becomes a thick paste. Now transfer this paste into a large vessel and to this add the water that has been separated from the spinach mixture. Let it cook for a few minutes, and then add 1 cup milk. Once it starts boiling, turn off the flame.  
  • Before serving you can add some bread crumbs (optional).
