fish or soy sauce

Instructions

1. Put the papaya in a bowl, crush the garlic with a pestle, then add long beans, and tomatoes. Pound it a few times to release the juices, add the chillies, and crush it lightly to release the heat.

2. In a separate cup, dissolve the sugar in the lime juice and fish sauce. Mix all the ingredients together and toss well. Serve it in a shallow bowl, garnishing with fresh lettuce, green beans, and lime wedges.
