a handful (strawberries, blueberries and raspberries)
1 ½ tbsp
1 ½ tbsp
6 -7 leaves
1. In a food processor, Add a handful of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries and raspberries), 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 ½ tbsp sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds, 6-7 mint leaves, 1 cup almond milk and 1 cup coconut water. Blend all the ingredients together.
2. Transfer the fresh smoothie into a serving glass and add honey as a sweetener (optional).
