Shrimp alfredo pasta

Olive oil  
Heavy cream 
Penne pasta
Parmesan cheese

•    In a frying pan, add 1 tbsp olive oil and add 600 grams shrimp. Season the shrimp with some pepper and salt.
•    Add 3 cloves of garlic to the shrimp and let it cook for a few minutes.
•    To the same pan, add 3 cups heavy cream, 1 lb penne pasta and bring it to boil.  
•    Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for about 15 minutes.
•    Turn off the flame and add 2 ½ cup parmesan cheese.
•    Pour half of the pasta into a greased baking dish (28 * 18 cm or 33 * 23 cm).
•    Take the remaining paste and pour it on top. Now keep this dish in the broiler for about 15 minutes, until the cheese turns golden brown.
•    Remove and serve with some fresh parsley on top.
