- ½ an Apple
- 1 Beetroot
- 1 Large Carrot
- ½ an Orange (or any citrus fruit of your choice)
- Small piece of Ginger
- 3-4 Mint Leaves
- Salt to taste
- Chop apple, beetroot, orange and carrot into small pieces.
- Blend them all together with mint leaves and ginger.
- Strain to remove extra fibers. (Optional)
- Add salt to taste. Serve fresh!
