Seven-Ingredient Immunity Booster Juice Recipe

The second wave of COVID-19 has made us all even more conscious about health and fitness. And this immunity booster juice could be your first step towards it. Try your hands on this seven-ingredient recipe for your breakfast and give your day a healthy start!  


  • ½ an Apple 
  • 1 Beetroot 
  • 1 Large Carrot 
  • ½ an Orange (or any citrus fruit of your choice)
  • Small piece of Ginger
  • 3-4 Mint Leaves 
  • Salt to taste 


  • Chop apple, beetroot, orange and carrot into small pieces.  
  • Blend them all together with mint leaves and ginger.
  • Strain to remove extra fibers.  (Optional)
  • Add salt to taste. Serve fresh!
