Red Snapper with Ginger & Lime Sauce and Steamed Greens

Instructions

1. Marinate the red snapper with oil, chopped garlic, salt, and crushed pepper and keep it aside. Blanch bok choy, broccoli flowerets, and asparagus, green zucchini, and Chinese cabbage, and keep it aside.

2. Add oil in a pan along with chopped garlic, blanched vegetables, and sauté. Prepare the sauce adding oil, chopped ginger, and a little bit of lemon juice. Grill the red snapper and place it along with sautéed vegetables and ginger lime sauce in a plate. Finally garnish it with cherry tomatoes.
