Pineapple Souffle recipe

Qty: for 15 people

Pineapple pieces 
Pineapple jelly
Fresh milk
Milk powder
¼ packet Gelatin
Condensed milk
Pineapple essence
1 tin
1 packet
1 litre
½ cup
½ cup
15 grams
1 tin
1 tsp

1.    First step is to make jelly using one packet of pineapple jelly. To this, add fresh pineapple pieces. Keep it in the freezer for it to set.
2.    Take a vessel and boil milk, to this add milkmaid and milk powder. Stir well and bring it to boil.
(Note: Mix the milk powder in cold milk in order to avoid lumps)
3.    Double boil the gelatin, allow it to cool down, then mix it in the boiled milk.
4.    Now remove the pineapple jelly from the freezer, to this add the gelatin + boiled milk mixture and keep it back in the freezer. Allow it to set for 4-5 hours. Then remove it from the freezer and serve it cold.
