1. Cut the paneer into a round shape using a cutter. Boil the falooda with saffron; cool in cold water; and keep it aside. Prepare a mixture of khoya, mixed dry fruits, saffron, cardamom powder, cumin powder, salt, chaat masala, and crushed pepper.

2. Sandwich this mixture in between the paneer pieces. In a bowl, add the hung curd, cream, cardamom powder, salt, and mix it well. Coat the paneer sandwiches with this curd mixture and cook them in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes in a tandoor.

3. Once the paneer pieces have turned golden-brown, serve it hot on a bed of saffron-soaked falooda.
