Instructions

1. Wash the spinach leaves, drain the water completely, let it rest for 20 minutes, and chop it. Add the finely chopped onions, green chilli paste, salt, chilli powder, and jeera in a bowl and mix it all together.

2. Now add in the chopped spinach leaves, besan, and rice flour. In a plate, drizzle some oil and transfer the mixture to the plate. Steam it for 15 to 20 minutes and cut them into cubes. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan and fry the dumplings until they’re golden brown.
