Oreo Cheesecake

  • Take about 10 - 12 Oreo cookies, separate the cookie and the cream.
  • Grind the cookies into a fine powder using a blender. Now, add the melted butter and mix well. Transfer this mixture into a cake tin and keep it in the refrigerator for about 10 - 15 minutes.
  • In a pan, add cream cheese, Oreo cream, fresh cream and sugar. Mix all of these ingredients on low flame.
  • Add the gelatin to warm milk and add this to the cream cheese mixture.
  • Once the batter (cream cheese mixture+ milk) cools down, pour it to the Oreo crust cake tine and keep it in the refrigerator for about 5-10 hours.
  • Once it’s completely set, remove it from the cake tin and serve it cool.
