Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's 22-months-old daughter North West was baptized in Jerusalem in a centuries-old Armenian church on Monday following the family's five-day visit to Kardashian's ancestral home, Armenia.
The ceremony took place at St. James Cathedral, a 12th century Armenian Church in the old walled city, which is decorated with blue and white tiles made by Armenian artists in the 18th century. Khloe Kardashian was named godmother of the 22-month-old toddler during the ceremony.
North and her father dressed in matching white outfits, while Kardashian wore a long crinkle pleated beige and peach coloured dress.
The 34-year-old reality star was warmly welcomed during her stay, which saw her join her famous family to meet the country's prime minister, visit historical monuments, as well as Kanye perform a surprise concert for locals on Sunday night. Kanye also jumped in the lake during the unpredictable concert. "What a crazy night! Kanye wakes me up & says he's doing a free concert in Yerevan, Armenia!" Kim posted on Instagram. "I throw on sweats & we head out! Thousands of people were there! Kanye jumped in swan lake to be closer to the crowd on the other side & so many people jumped in too! It was such an exciting crazy night! So happy I got to rock out with everyone in Armenia on our last night here!!!! #EpicNight #ArmenianPride."
Kim tweeted: "I've learned on this trip how many talented Armenian musicians we have! What an incredible night!!!! Going to miss it here!!! Thank you to everyone who came out last night to see Kanye perform!"
