1. Wash and clean the mutton pieces and blanch it till it’s cooked with the ginger-garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, garam masala powder, and turmeric. Blanch the tomatoes and make it into paste. Then, soak the cashew nuts and make its paste separately.
2. Heat the oil in a pan, then sauté the onions in it till they turn golden-brown. Add the tomato paste and cashew nut paste and check the seasoning. Garnish it with cream, coriander leaves and serve hot with Indian breads.
