Mushroom Macaroni

Ingredients 
Mushrooms   
Macaroni shell  
Corn flour  
Soy Sauce   
Onion   
Green chilli  
Chopped capsicum  
Garlic paste 
Tomato   
Chopped Kashmir chilli powder
Tomato ketchup     
Oil        
Salt       
Coriander leaves    
Pepper

Method:
•    Marinate mushroom with soy sauce, corn flour, pepper, and salt. Mix them well and marinate it for about 30 minutes.
•    Cook the macaroni sells with oil and salt.
•    Cook the marinated mushroom with some oil and keep them aside
•    In the same pan, sauté the onions, ginger, garlic, capsicum, green chilli, and ginger garlic paste.
•    Sauté all of the above ingredients for about 2 minutes.
•    Add chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper, and chilli flakes
•    Add tomato ketchup and cooked mushroom pieces.
•    Mix them together and to this add the macaroni shells.  Now, it is ready to serve.
