Minced chicken

       •Put the minced chicken, tomato, onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, water, chili powder, and turmeric    powder in a pressure cooker. Mix well and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
•    Take a frying pan, heat some oil, and transfer the cooked meat. Add a few chopped coriander. Cook till the water is evaporated.
•    The next step is to take the readymade samosa wrap, fold it into a cone shape. Inside the cone, take a spoon, fill the meat and fold it in. seal the edges by pressing with some water.
•    Deep fry the samosas in hot oil and remove it when it turns golden brown. Serve it hot with some tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
