Masala Paneer Macaroni
Ingredients Ginger Garlic Macaroni Green chilli Capsicum Beans Carrots Red chilli sauce Red chilli flakes Italian seasons Tomato ketchup Mozzarella cheese Oil Salt Water Coriander leaves Paneer |
Qty 1 tsp 1 tsp 1 ½ cup 2 1 1 1 2 tbsp 1 tsp 1 tsp ¼ cup 1 for frying a pinch as needed to garnish 200 grams |
Method:
1. Cook the macaroni and keep it aside.
2. Heat a frying pan, add some oil and green chillies and onions. Cook them. Then, add ginger garlic paste and sauté. To this add tomatoes.
3. Add red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, and sauté them well. Now add the vegetables and paneer. Cook them well.
4. Now, add sauces, herbs, red chilli flakes and pepper powder. Mix all of these ingredients well. To this, add the cooked macaroni. Now before serving, garnish with coriander leaves and add cheese.
