La Cantina, the Mexican restaurant at the Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre, is introducing a new menu of authentic treats. Executive Chef Muthu Kumar and his team have crafted an exciting portrayal of Mexico’s culinary traditions by introducing some amazing flavours and dishes.
Highlights from the menu include crispy corn chips loaded with jalapeños, vegetable-stuffed tortilla rolls crisp-fried and served with salsa picante, chicken quesadillas, crumb-fried chipotle chilli-marinated chicken tenders served with cilantro cumin mayonnaise, and Pescado Veracruzano (Fish Veracruz).
Desserts include churros (fried pastry dusted with cinnamon and brown sugar, served with bitter chocolate sauce) and tres leches (butter sponge cake saturated with praline milk, double cream and condensed milk, served by the slice).
La Cantina offers a relaxed and welcoming setting combined with attentive service, making it a popular choice for Mexican fare in Hyderabad. Located by the pool with a traditional Mexican atmosphere, the restaurant also serves a variety of tequila, Mexican beer, and margaritas.
