Khajur Ki Kheer
1. Chop the dates finely and set them aside. Then, soak the rice for an hour, drain the water, and grind it to make a smooth paste. Boil the milk, add the ground rice, and boil it till the rice is cooked.
2. Add sugar and khoya, and cook it till its thick. Add the chopped dates and rose water and allow it to simmer. Garnish with slices of almonds and pista and serve it chilled.
