Kedar Jadhav, who sustained a shoulder injury while playing for theChennai Super Kings in this season of the IPL has recovered completely for the World Cup. Jadhav will leave for England with the rest of the Indian team on May 22nd.
The middle-order batsman got through a fitness test at the Mumbai Cricket Association’s BKC facility on Thursday.Kedhar Jadhav has scored 1174 runs and taken 27 wickets in 59 ODIs.
India will face New Zealand and Bangladeshfor their warm-up matches on May 25thand 28th respectively before starting their campaign versusSouth Africa on June 5that the Hampshire Bowl, Southampton.
