  1. Marinate the lamb with ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice and keep it in a warm place for 1 hour.
  2. After 1 hour add the remaining masala’s to the marinated lamb and mix gently. Keep aside the marinade for 30 minutes.
  3. Cook the meat on a pre heated hot stone or griddle plate until the kebab gets tender.
  4. Sprinkle some chat masala and lemon juice. Serve hot.
