Kakori Kebab

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients, excluding the ghee, and mince them together finely. Add the ghee, emulsify the meat and divide it into equal parts. Skewer the balls and shape them along the length of the skewer.

Place the skewers over a grill and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, rotating it to ensure it’s evenly cooked. Remove the kebabs from the skewer, brush with little ghee, and serve hot.

 

Khagina

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat oil and add the sliced onions, and cook till they turn golden brown. Then add the ginger garlic paste and green chillies and cook well. Add red chilli powder, turmeric, and salt and cook.
  2. Then simmer all the ingredients with a little water and break the eggs into it. Cover and let it cook on a very low flame. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves, and serve hot.
