Judge Tosses DJ's Lawsuit Against Taylor Swift

U.S. District Judge William J. Martinez has dismissed the case brought against Taylor Swift by former radio host David Mueller, ruling that the DJ failed to prove that Swift got him fired from his job at a Denver radio station.

Mueller denies groping Swift in June 2013 during a backstage meet-and-greet, and sued the singer, her mother, Andrea Swift, and their radio handler, Frank Bell, seeking up to $3 million as compensation for his ruined career.

Swift's counter-claim, accusing the ex-DJ of assault and battery, is scheduled to go forward Monday morning.
