Jason Momoa Not Returning For Game Of Thrones Special Episode

The extremely popular show Game of Thrones is finally coming to a close with its final season which is slated to come out next year. The makers have revealed that before the final chapter begins, they are going to be big reunion episode. Fans everywhere rejoiced but unfortunately, Jason Momoa has now said that he will be absent from the special episode. HBO also confirmed the news regarding the special episode, but also told fans that it will not air on the network. The episode will only be available as a part of the home video box set of the complete series, which features all the eight seasons in one package. When asked about his possible appearance in the episode, Momoa told IANS, “I don’t think so.”

Momoa played the role of the Dothraki warlord, Khal Drogo. The series itself is based on the books written by George R.R.Martin called A Song of Fire and Ice. They follow the story of the quest for the Iron Throne of the fictional land of Westeros. The final season is set to arrive in April next year.
