The 8th edition of Hublot’s Only Watch is here and the company decided to take it up a notch with a redesign. They turned the Classic Fusion Tourbillon Sapphire Orlinski into a unique timepiece dressed up in charity’s beautiful colours. All the profits made by this one-of-a-kind marvel will be given to the Monegasque Association against Muscular Dystrophy to show support for medical and scientific research on neuromuscular diseases. The focus is on the Duchenne muscular dystrophy. The auction for this beauty is to be held in Geneva in November.
The time-piece will feature the artist’s signature edges, bevels, and facets. It has been sculpted in sapphire and the spectacular watch features a white gold bezel encrusted with 54 baguette cut topazes that reflect the beautiful facets of the case. The transparent watch shows off the open worked architecture with its gears, tourbillon cage and power reserve. The caliber is made of a stylish skeleton which is the perfect addition, with a rubber strap of the colours of Only Watch. The gift box is also made of sapphire. The watch is all set to go on a tour across the world such as Monaco, Paris, London, Hong Kong, Taipei, and more. The future owner will also have the privilege of meeting Richard Orlinski himself at his art gallery which is located in Paris. - Courtesy: luxatic.com
