Bruschetta is one of the popular finger foods at parties but it also makes for an interesting side dish for breakfast. This appetizer is easy to make and requires not more than 10 minutes, while it is strong on flavour.
Here’s how you can make it in your own kitchen:
Olive oil or Vegetable oil
Fresh basil leaves
|12 slices, each ½ inch thick,
Chopped, 1 and ½ cup
2 cloves, finely chopped,
Chopped, 3 tablespoons
Drained, 2 tablespoons
● Pre-heat oven to 375ºF.
● Make a mix of all the ingredients.
● Place bread slices on an ungreased cookie sheet. Drizzle 1 teaspoon oil on each slice bread. Bake about 8 minutes or until golden brown.
● Once toasted, scoop out from the tomato mixture and spread proportionately onto bread slices.
● Serve at room temperature.
