Here are some quick and effective home remedies to repair damaged hair-
1. Use olive oil as a conditioner- One of the ways to repair damaged hair is to use a good conditioner.Instead of using a store bought conditioner, try using olive oil. Take ½ cup of olive oil and warm it in the microwave. Then gently apply it into your hair and massage for a few minutes. Wrap your hair with a towel for the hair to absorb the oil. Olive oil fights against bacteria and improves the blood circulation in your scalp. Strengthens the hair by penetrating into the hair shaft.
2 .Use egg yolk to make a hair mask- Egg mask is an effective way to strengthen damaged hair. When you're making an egg mask, make sure to use the yolk, as it plays a key role in restoring moisture and promotes shine. To make the mask, mix two eggs with 2 - 3 drops of lemon juice. Beat the mixture until it becomes frothy. Apply this mixture into your hair and gently massage. Cover your hair with a shower cap and leave it for about 20 minutes. Rinse off the egg mask with cold water. Use a shampoo and conditioner as it might be difficult to completely wash out the egg mask. For better results, make sure to repeat this process once or twice a month.
3. Rinse your hair with tea- Tea is another effective way to treat damaged hair. Tea contains several antioxidants, which treat rough/dry hair and remove any unwanted buildup. It helps your hair absorb all the essential minerals and vitamins. After washing your hair with a shampoo, use cold, brewed tea for a final rinse.
