Grilled Jumbo Prawns with Coconut Curry Sauce
1. Cut and clean the prawns; marinate them with lemon juice, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper; and set it aside for 30 minutes. Grill the prawns and then apply butter on it and garnish.
2. For the coconut curry sauce, heat the pan and butter, then add the chopped onions, leeks, thyme, vegetable stock, salt, pepper, and curry powder. Add the coconut milk and bring it to boil. Finally, garnish with shallots and serve it with the prawns.
