Grilled Chicken Breast Stuffed with Parmesan & Basil

chicken breast              2 pieces
parmesan cheese        100 gm
basil (dried)                  15 gm
rosemary                      15 gm
parsley                         10 gm
butter                            50 gm
olive oil                         1 tsp
oregano                       150 gm
salt                               to taste


1.   Slice the chicken breasts halfway from the middle. Open them up and add basil, parsley, rosemary and       a generous amount of parmesan. Fold the chicken, and push it down so the stuffing doesn’t fall out.

2.   Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a non-stick pan. Sprinkle with basil and oregano, and let sit for 5          minutes.

3.   Heat ½ teaspoon of olive oil in a non-stick pan. Place the chicken breasts on the pan and add a little             more olive oil. Cook until golden-brown, and then add some butter. Turn the chicken with a pair of tongs       and seal. Add salt to taste.

4.   Remove the chicken and add more parmesan and basil. Garnish with sprinklings of oregano and basil.       Serve hot.
