Get Cooking : Vegetable Bake

Instructions:

1.In a pan, add 3 tbsp oil, onions and green chillies. Fry them until the onion turns translucent. Now add the baby corn and capsicum. Fry for a few minutes and add tomatoes.

2.To this add macaroni, paneer, tomato ketchup and some salt. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. After it's fully cooked, turn off the heat.

3.Prepare white sauce- In a pan, add butter and maida. Fry for a few minutes and add milk. Continuously stir to avoid lumps. Add some pepper and salt. Once the sauce becomes thick, turn off the heat.

4.Assemble- In a square tray, spread an even layer of white sauce, now a layer of vegetable mixture on top. Garnish with some capsicum and grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 150°C for about 20 mins.
