Get Cooking : Dahi ke Kebab

If you are looking for some new twist in the same old ingredient – kebab, then this is the perfect recipe for you. Mix it with curd, and ingredient that is always available in an Indian kitchen, and get ready for your family’s reactions –
•    Blended curd - 200 gms
•    Coriander seeds - 6 gms
•    Chopped coriander – 7 gms
•    Chili flakes
•    Besan – 30 gms
•    Salt
•    Oil – for frying
1.    Mix the chopped coriander, chilli flakes and coriander seeds in the blended curd. Add salt to it depending on your tastes.
2.    To the mixture, add besan and refrigerate it.
3.    Heat oil in a pan until it is medium hot
4.    Make small medium sized patties of the mixture that was made earlier, and deep fry it until the patty is golden brown.
      Serve this hot with some coriander chutney or tomato ketchup.
