Instructions

1. Wash, peel and grate the carrots; boil them in milk.

2. When the milk dries up, add ghee, sugar and mace.

3. Cook till sugar dissolves completely and all ingredients are mixed well.

4. Garnish with cashew nuts, serve hot.
