Dragon chicken

Ingredients                 Qty 

Chicken                     400 grams 
Red chilli paste         2 tsp 
Soy sauce                 1 ½ tsp 
Pepper                      ½ tsp 
Salt                             1 tsp 
Corn Flour                  5 tsp 
Egg white                    2

For Sauce 

Chilli flakes                 2 tsp
Oil                             for frying 
Garlic                        few cloves 
Ginger                          1
Tomato                         1
Capsicum                     1
Soy sauce                  1 tsp 
Spring onion              1 bunch 
Tomato ketchup        1 ½ tbsp 
Red chilli paste            2 tsp 
Sugar                          1 tsp 
Cashew nuts             handful 
Salt                         as per needed 


Method: 
•    Take a large mixing bowl, Add soy sauce, red chili paste, egg whites, pepper, salt, chicken and corn flour. Mix all of these ingredients well and let it marinate for about an hour.
•    Now take a frying pan, fry the marinated chicken. Keep them aside.
•    In another frying pan, add some oil, sauté garlic, ginger, chili flakes, capsicum, tomato and spring onion.
•    Keep the flame on low, now add chili paste, tomato ketchup and soya sauce and stir well. To this, add the fried chicken and stir.
•    Make sure the seasoning is balances, otherwise add little sugar.
•    Before serving garnish with some cashew nuts.
