DIY Vada Recipe

It’s that time of year again when we’re gearing up for the most awaited festival in our country, Diwali. And no Indian festival is complete without food! green chilli

1. Soak the urad dal overnight, and blend until coarse.

2. Add the remaining ingredients, and mix.

3. Make flat patties with holes in the centre. Deep-fry until golden brown.

4. Serve hot with tomato or cabbage chutney.
