DIY recipe : Delicious Restaurant Style Paneer Tikka

Paneer tikka is one of the most eaten dishes in North Indian cuisine. It's extremely delicious and healthy. As you may already know Paneer is loaded with a whole lot of health benefits.

Paneer Tikka recipe

Red bell pepper              
Yellow bell pepper          
Green bell pepper          

500 gms (cut into large cubes)
1 large (cut into quarters)
1 large (cut into quarters)
1 large (cut into quarters)
1 large (cut into quarters)

For marination

Turmeric powder                
Ginger garlic paste            
Chaat masala                   
Kashmiri red chilli powder 
Olive oil                             
Lemon juice                      
1 tsp
1 ½ tsp
¼ tsp
1 tsp
2 tsp
1 tbsp
to taste
half lemon
250 gms


  1. Cut paneer into large chunks. Cut bell peppers and onions into quarters.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, take paneer, belle peppers, onion pieces. To this add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, ajwain, chaat masala, kashmiri red chilli powder, olive oil, salt, lemon juice and curd. Mix all the ingredients well. Marinate the paneer for about half an hour.
  3. Once the paneer and the veggies are marinated, place them into the skewer.
  4. Preheat the oven to 450 °F or 232 °C. Place the skewer with paneer and vegetable pieces and bake for about 15 - 20 minutes. For charred look, change the oven setting to broil and allow to cook for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Once they are fully cooked, Serve the delicious paneer and vegetable pieces with mint chutney.
