Instructions

1. Clean the calamari and cut it into rings. Then make a batter with the flour, corn flour, salt, pepper powder, paprika powder, and lemon juice. Dip the rings into the batter and deep fry till they’re golden brown. Dust the Cajun seasoning on the calamari after deep frying it.

2. Cut the spring roll sheet into a round shape and deep fry it by pressing it down in the oil with a ladle so that it can hold its shape, like a cup. Place the calamari in the sheet and serve it along with salad and some spicy mayonnaise.
