Cottage Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients:

• 3 large potatoes

• ½ onion, diced

• ½ cup cottage cheese

• ¼ cup butter

• Paprika

• Salt & Pepper

Directions:

• Preheat the oven to 180˚C.

• Slice the potatoes and boil them till they’re tender.

• Mash them with 2 tablespoons of butter.

• Add the cottage cheese, onions, salt and pepper.

• Stir the mixture and put in a greased casserole.

• Top it with the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and sprinkle some paprika.

• Bake it for 30 minutes without covering the dish.
