- Take a frying pan, add 2 tbsp ghee, 2 cups grated coconut and fry it. Once the coconut is fried, add 2 cups of sugar and 1/2 cup water. Keep stirring on medium flame until it becomes thick.
- Once the coconut mixture starts to boil, turn off the flame and add 1/2 cup milkmaid and 1/4 tsp elaichi powder.
- Now take a plate and grease it with some ghee. Pour the coconut mixture and let it cool for about 15 minutes. Once it cools down completely, cut it into smaller pieces and serve.
