A legend in the luxury industry, iconic global lifestyle brand Chopard needs no introduction. Chopard has always been considered a pioneer in the world of high-precision watches and fine jewellery, staying both outside and ahead of trends. The internationally recognised brand was founded in 1860 in Switzerland, in a place called Sonvilier, by Louis-Ulysse Chopard. The brand stands for innovation, quality craftsmanship, and authenticity. In time, the Scheufele family bought the company, making it what it is today. Chopard is renowned in the industry for its creativity and impeccable technology, making it one of the leading names in the luxury watch and jewellery arena.
Their range of watches include gentlemen’s sports watches (Classic Racing collection), complicated mechanical timepieces (LUC collection), ladies’ sports and dress watches, and the Haute Joaillerie creations. Responsible for this beautiful collection is Caroline Gruosi-Scheufele. The innovative design of the jewels and ladies timepieces, the fragrances, and the elegant accessories that are a part of Haute Joaillerie are all her brainchildren.
From opening their first boutique in Hong Kong in 1983, Chopard has certainly come a long way. They went from having 15 boutiques in 1998 to over 120 in 2009. Chopard has boutiques in major cities and fashion capitals like London, Milan, Moscow, Paris, Munich, Los Angeles, Geneva, Hong Kong, Singapore, Berlin, and Vienna. Their largest boutique in Abu Dhabi is spread over 500 square metres.
Chopard has a few stores in India, too, the biggest and most popular of which are the ones at Emporio Mall in New Delhi, and at Oberoi Towers in Mumbai
