Chia/Basil seeds 2 tbsp (unsoaked)
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp (unsweetened)
Milk 3/4 th cup
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Pistachios to garnish
1. This sweet dish is quite simple to make, all one has to do is take a blender and put dates, chia or basil seeds, cocoa powder, milk, and vanilla extract. Blend all the ingredients well.
2. Now put the mixture into a piping bag and then transfer the mixture from the piping bag to a short glass. If you don’t have piping bag, you can just use a spoon.
3. Garnish the mixture on top with a few Pistachios. Now keep the glass in the refrigerator for about half an hour and allow it to set.
4. Serve it cold.
