Chinese style paneer

Method:
    •The first step is to dip the paneer pieces in warm water. Then, once it soaks well, drain the water and add maida, corn flour, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well.
    •Add oil in a heating pan, deep fry the paneer pieces. Let it cook, until they turn golden brown colour. Once its well cooked, in the left over oil, add onions, capsicum and let it cook. Now add green chilies, soy sauce, red chili sauce, and tomato sauce. Lastly, add some water and keep stirring. Once the water evaporates, remove from flame.
    •Before serving hot, garnish with some fresh coriander.
